8. FINANCIAL DATA RECONCILIATION AND ACCURACY

1 min read

Nance may display financial information that comes from multiple sources and at different times. In certain cases, SMS alerts or email alerts may be used to temporarily detect transactions, dues, or liabilities before corresponding data is available from a bank, issuer, or AA-connected source. When more authoritative data becomes available, previously displayed information may be updated, corrected, merged, or otherwise reconciled.

Credit card dues, statement amounts, due dates, or related liability indicators may at times be based on statement notifications, issuer alerts, user-linked messages, or previously received financial data. As a result, some figures shown in the Services may reflect statement-cycle information or other available signals rather than the issuer's real-time payable amount.

Financial institutions, issuers, and integration partners may delay updates, send incomplete data, change message formats, or fail to provide fresh data in a timely manner. For that reason, financial information shown in Nance may sometimes be estimated, delayed, incomplete, or different from the records maintained by your bank, card issuer, or other financial institution. Users should verify important information directly with the relevant financial institution before acting on it.
