Important: This document is drafted so that Nance Tech Private Limited is the app operator and contracting entity, while Necessive Private Limited acts as the parent company and technology / engineering / operations service provider where applicable.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nance mobile application, website, voice interfaces, analytics systems, budgeting tools, financial tracking features, grouping tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are owned and operated by Nance Tech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at [Insert Registered Office] ("Nance Tech", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). Certain technology infrastructure, engineering services, analytics systems, customer operations, and other support used to deliver the Services may be provided by Necessive Private Limited, the parent company of Nance Tech ("Necessive"). By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Grievance Redressal Policy, Subscription / Billing / Cancellation / Refund Policy, and other applicable policies or feature-specific notices made available to you from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
