- You may use the Services only if: (a) you are competent to contract under applicable Indian law; (b) you are at least 18 years of age; (c) you use the Services only for lawful personal purposes, or other lawful purposes expressly permitted by us; and (d) all information provided by you is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that organisation to the extent applicable.
