22. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nance Tech Private Limited, Necessive Private Limited, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
