- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nance Tech Private Limited, Necessive Private Limited, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.
- Subject to applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Nance Tech Private Limited arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
