10. FINANCIAL DATA RECONCILIATION AND ACCURACY

1 min read
  1. Financial information displayed within the Services may be obtained from multiple sources, including SMS alerts, email notifications, financial account integrations, Account Aggregator based data refreshes, user-supplied inputs, and other third-party data providers.

  1. In certain cases, SMS or email alerts may be used to temporarily detect transactions, dues, or credit card activity before corresponding bank-side or other financial institution data becomes available. Subsequent refreshes from banks, Account Aggregators, card issuers, or other integrations may update, correct, reconcile, or replace previously displayed information.

  1. Credit card dues, statement-related information, balances, payment reminders, or similar data may in some cases be inferred, estimated, or surfaced on the basis of statement alerts, statement dates, prior notifications, or other available signals, and may not always reflect real-time balances, real-time due positions, or the current official records maintained by the issuing bank or financial institution.

  1. Accordingly, financial information displayed through the Services may occasionally be delayed, estimated, incomplete, duplicated, inconsistent across sources, or subsequently reconciled. You should always verify important financial information directly with your bank, card issuer, or financial institution before relying on it for financial, compliance, tax, accounting, payment, or other material decisions. Nance does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time availability of financial data.
